Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Quant.ai software application ("Application") created by Quant.ai. By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the Application

The Application is a stock research and analysis tool intended for informational and educational purposes only. You may use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

Not Financial Advice

Important: The Application provides stock research, analysis, fair value estimates, industry data, and related content for informational purposes only. Nothing in the Application constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, nor is it a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Past performance and data-driven projections do not guarantee future results.

Subscriptions and Payments

The Application offers optional paid subscription plans ("Quant.ai Pro") that provide access to additional features including ad-free usage, Research Reports, and Industry Pulse analysis.

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of any price changes in advance. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period following notice.
  • Free Trials: If offered, free trial periods automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

Account and Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application or any paid features at our sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms. In the event of termination by us without cause, we will provide a pro-rata refund for any unused subscription period.

Brokerage Connections

The Application may offer an optional feature to connect a third-party brokerage account through SnapTrade. By connecting a brokerage account:

  • You authorize Quant.ai and SnapTrade to retrieve read-only account data (balances, positions, and transactions) for the purpose of displaying your portfolio within the Application.
  • Quant.ai does not execute trades, hold custody of assets, or have any control over your brokerage account.
  • Your use of the brokerage connection is also governed by SnapTrade's terms and your brokerage's terms.
  • You can disconnect at any time from within the Application or from your broker's settings.

Intellectual Property

All content within the Application, including but not limited to text, data, graphics, logos, research reports, and analysis, is the property of Quant.ai or its data providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the Application without our prior written consent.

Data and Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, analysis, or content provided through the Application. Stock data, fair value estimates, industry analysis, and all other information may contain errors or become outdated. You should independently verify any information before relying on it.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quant.ai and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Application
  • Any investment or financial decisions made based on information provided by the Application
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Application's content

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Third-Party Services

The Application may use third-party services for data, analytics, or advertising. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party services.

Children

The Application is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly provide services to children under 13.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the Application or at this URL. Your continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
