Before you write,
a few quick things.

    Include your device & app version

    For bug reports, let us know your iOS or Android version and what version of Quant.ai you're running. This helps us reproduce the issue faster.

    Brokerage connection issues

    If a broker disconnected or is failing to sync, mention which broker and roughly when the issue started. We can usually resolve these within a day.

    We don't give investment advice

    Our team can't recommend specific trades or stocks. Quant.ai is a research tool — the decisions are yours, and consulting a licensed financial advisor is always a good idea.

  • 04

    Feature requests welcome

    If there's a metric, view, or workflow you wish Quant.ai had, tell us. Most of what's shipped came from user requests.
